Nathan graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 1992. Following graduation, he entered Law School at the Oklahoma City University School of Law. After passing the bar exam in February 1996, Nathan began working for the State of Oklahoma Attorney General’s office and went to the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s office in 1999. While at the District Attorney’s office, Nathan became recognized as an expert in the area of methamphetamine and methamphetamine production. Nathan was the founder of the Oklahoma County Drug Endangered Children’s program, and helped develop the protocol to follow when a child is removed from a drug infested home. Nathan was named the “Prosecutor of the Year” by the Association of Oklahoma Narcotics Enforcers (A-ONE) in 2003.

Nathan left the District Attorney’s office in January, 2005 to return to the family business, where he serves as a Vice President and handles such things as personnel, safety, estimating and general items associated with running a business. He is currently serving as President of the Sheet Metal Contractors Association of Western Oklahoma and is on the Apprenticeship Committee.
