John A. Eilerman

Executive Vice President, C&R Mechanical Company

John joined the company in 1985 and is currently responsible for the construction business group which employs over one hundred sheet metal workers, pipe fitters, and staff of estimators, engineers, and project managers. He has spent over 27 years in construction management and has set up a variety of accounting and reporting systems for financial, job costing and project management.

For the last fifteen years, John has been an instructor of the Business Side of the Sheet Metal Business to 2nd year apprentices at Sheet Metal Workers Local 36 in St. Louis.

John is a Board member of the Mechanical Contractors Association of Eastern Missouri and has served as the association’s President. He graduated from St. Louis University with a BS in Accounting in 1973 and received his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis in 1980.
