As a consultant at FMI, management consultants to the construction industry, Rick works with a diverse group of general and specialty contractors and construction managers. Rick’s focus at FMI includes consulting on various strategic, financial, and operational issues. He uses his deep understanding of the construction community to identify specific challenges and provide custom solutions to his clients.
Skilled in the facilitation of productivity improvement processes and strategic planning, Rick provides critical analysis and industry comparison. In addition, he works with executives to evaluate their organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Rick is committed to the execution of action plans and the implementation of corporate strategies.
Rick appreciates the challenges facing contractors today. Prior to joining FMI, he was a regional manager with a large national specialty and service contractor. He also spent 20 years in the U.S. Air Force holding a wide variety of leadership positions.
