Early Bird Sleeping Room Rate Until January 31, 2010

Monday, March 14th–Wednesday, March 17th

$159.00 per night (plus room tax of 12%)

Thursday, March 18th-Saturday, March 20th

$199.00 per night (plus room tax of 12%)

After January 31, 2010, room rates will increase to $249.00 per night (plus 12% room tax) from March 14–20, 2010.

Cut off Date

January 31, 2010 for the Early Bird Rates. After January 31th for the rate of $249.00, reservations must be made by Friday, February 12, 2010. Reservations made after February 12, 2010 will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. It is important that you reference “Partners in Progress” when making your reservation in order to get the special conference rate. All reservations must be accompanied by a non-refundable first night room deposit, plus tax. Reservations billed by a major credit card will be billed immediately. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. (Monday–Thursday) and 5:00 p.m. (Friday–Saturday). Checkout time is 11:00 a.m.
