Mark K. Bowers
SMACNA — Central Valley of California
In 2010 Mark will embark on 26 years representing SMACNA contractors in the Central Valley of California.
He was named SMACNA’S Legislative Chapter Executive of the Year in 1994 and Chapter Executive of the Year in 2000.
He has served on SMACNA’S Legislative/PAC Committee and was Chairman of the Council of Chapter Representatives in 1998.
Mark has a strong interest in career technical education and labor management relationships having represented management with nearly all construction, manufacturing and public employee unions in his nearly 40 years in the field.
