Matt Cramer

Matt is the President of Dee Cramer Inc. a 72 year old Sheet Metal/HVAC Contractor in Holly Michigan. Dee Cramer was ranked as the 12th largest Sheet Metal Contractor in the U.S. by ENR Magazine (October 2009). Dee Cramer specializes in Industrial, Commercial and Industrial Projects. They do Design/Build, Design/Assist and Plan/Spec Work. They are an industry leader in 3D CAD and Building Information Modeling.

Matt graduated from The University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Accounting. Like his father and grandfather, Matt is very involved in giving back to the industry and the community in which he works. He is SMACNA's appointed representative on the Board of the buildingSMART Alliance, a subsidiary of the National Institute of Building Sciences in Washington, DC. He is currently a member of the SMACNA National Business Management Task Force. He as served on numerous SMACNA National committees including Business Management and Education Committee, Board of Directors Nominating Committee and the Products and Programs Coordinating Committee. Locally he serves on the Detroit SMACNA Board of Directors, and he is a Trustee on the Sheet Metal Workers Union Local #7 Pension and Health & Welfare Funds. He serves on the United Way of Genesee County Campaign Cabinet, and he is a Board Member of the Flint Golf Club. In September 2009, Matt was named the recipient of the Joe Ryder Leadership Award for his exceptional leadership and philanthropic efforts to impact the lives of children by Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Greater Flint.
