Frank Fischer, founder of Frank Fischer, Inc. and grandfather of the current owners (six-Goldkamp brothers) installed his first boiler in 1904. This began a legacy of the family in the home comfort business. Jack’s father, Bud Goldkamp joined the business in 1946. Prior to retirement Bud and later his son Mark served on the SMACNA-St. Louis Board of Directors. In 1992 Jack Goldkamp made a commitment to give his time and energy to the union sheet metal industry that has served their family well. Jack became a member of SMACNA’s Board of Directors and has been a key member of the St. Louis Labor Management Partnership that has drawn national recognition.
