The Labor-Management Cooperation Committee (LMCC) provides resources for the marketing plan developed by the Joint Best Practices Market Expansion Task Force.

The vision for the task force is to identify, promote, and communicate industry best practices, to the local level, that create a cooperative environment where local labor and management collaborate to implement practices to grow market share, thereby increasing work opportunities and memberships.

Goal #1 toward that vision is to develop and implement a variety of communications systems that provide necessary information to promote market share growth over a period of 4 years.

Goal #2 toward that vision is to increase local implementation of best practices to increase market share.

Goal #3 toward that vision is to track the effectiveness of Best Practices Initiatives.
